Article 1. ZR-94 "About the state and official secret" after the words "about placement" to add the Item "and" of part 3 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 3, 1996 with words ", except for the data provided in the Item "d" of part 1 of article 10 of this Law".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 10 of the Law with the Item "d" of the following content:
"e) data on reserve of the quick response provided for prevention of emergency situations or decrease and elimination of possible effects and in case of their emergence, implementation of rescue and urgent emergency recovery operations, provision of the humanitarian assistance.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
