About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning settlement of activities of the Ukrainian cultural foundation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About culture" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 24, Art. 168; 2016, 10, the Art. 102) to add No. with parts two and third the following content:

"2. The Ukrainian cultural foundation performs support of domestic manufacturers in the field of culture according to the procedure, established by the Law of Ukraine "About the Ukrainian cultural foundation".

The Ukrainian cultural foundation independently determines projects which are given support according to the procedure, established by the Law of Ukraine "About the Ukrainian cultural foundation". In particular, the projects connected with the organization and holding the exhibitions, fairs, symposiums, the congresses directed to promoting of the Ukrainian culture or connected with participation of domestic manufacturers in the similar events held in foreign countries can be such projects if such participation is reasonable from the point of view of promoting of the Ukrainian culture abroad, and the corresponding project is selected by the Ukrainian cultural foundation according to the procedure, established by the Law of Ukraine "About the Ukrainian cultural foundation".

3. In the cases established by the law or provided by the Program of the activities for cultural development approved in the procedure established by this Law, the financial support of socially important cultural and art actions is performed by the central executive body providing forming of state policy in spheres of culture and arts".

2. Part the second article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About government assistance to subjects of managing" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 34, the Art. 1173) to add with Item 3 following of content:
