Article 1. 1. In Item 3) sign of point to replace parts 1 of article 340 with sign of semicolon ";" and to add with Item 4) of the following content:

"4) special customs payment.".

2. Add with Article 340 (1) the following content:

"Article 340 (1). Special customs payment

1. The special customs payment is type of customs payment which rate is established by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan for import and/or export of certain goods.

2. In case of determination of special customs payment, other customs payments established according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan are not collected.".
