In pursuance of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity", Presidential decrees of Ukraine of 25.05.2000 of N721/2000 "Questions of the State Committee of Ukraine concerning Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship", of 30.08.2000 N1035/2000 "About Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine", of 06.02.2003 N84/2003 "About Urgent Additional Measures for Strengthening of Fight against Organized Crime and Corruption" regarding observance of conditions of licensing of this type of activity, the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.11.2000 of N1698 "About Approval of the List of Bodies of Licensing" we ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for control of observance of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on mediation in employment for work abroad which is applied.
2. To inspection department and authorization system of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship (Apatenko O. P.), to Management of policy of employment and labor migration of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine (Petrov T. P.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine () provide to G. K. Galits the publication of this order in mass media.
