About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1167/2008 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit

In pursuance of provisions of the Law No. 133/2008 on social benefit (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 179, the Art. 625) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1167/2008 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 189, of the Art. 1173) to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

a) in Item 1-1 of figure "315" to replace with figures "350";

b) in Item 2 of the word "Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection";

2) in the Provision:

a) in all text of the Provision of the word "management/department of the public assistance and protection of family" and "Management/department of Social Security and Protection of Family" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "the territorial structure of the public assistance" in the corresponding grammatical form;

b) Item 1:

in determination "needy family" shall be replaced with words the words "it is less than threshold established" "it is less or it is equal to the threshold established";

after determination to add "vehicle" with the following determination:

"works for the benefit of community - the works, useful to community, organized, managed and controlled primary.";

c) in Item 3:

subitems c) and e) to state in the following edition:
