About procedure for development and submission of the paying balance of the Republic of Tajikistan
For the purpose of enhancement and coordination of works on creation and the analysis of paying balance of the Republic of Tajikistan the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Accept the offer of National Bank of Tajikistan on development since 1998 of quarterly and year paying balances of the Republic of Tajikistan, with representation to their interested bodies and the organizations there are 3 months after the accounting period not later.
2. To the state committee of statistics of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of state revenues and charges of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Center for coordination of the external help of Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, commercial banks of the Republic of Tajikistan and other ministries and departments to represent to National Bank of Tajikistan data according to the enclosed list at the scheduled time.
3. To executive bodies on places (hukumata), subjects of foreign economic activity, irrespective of patterns of ownership and subordination to provide statistical information to the State committee of statistics of the Republic of Tajikistan, necessary for development and the analysis of paying balances of the Republic of Tajikistan, in the approved forms of the statistical reporting.
4. Determine that for non-presentation at the scheduled time and misstatement of the statistical and other information necessary for creation of paying balance of the state, subjects of foreign economic activity irrespective of patterns of ownership, bear the responsibility established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
