In the Order of the Government No. 387/2014 about approval of the Regulations on purchase of financial services by the state/municipal companies and commercial societies with completely or mainly state capital (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 142-146, 431) to make the following changes:

To "The ministries and other central administrative authorities" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 of the resolution of the word to "The agency of public property";

2) in the Provision:

a) to add the prolog of the Provision with the following offer:

"This Provision is not applied in the situations connected with the conclusion of the agreement of bank loan.";

b) in all text of the Provision:

words "financial institution" in any grammatical form to replace with the word "bank" in the corresponding grammatical form;

"body" in any case to replace the word with the word "subject" in the corresponding case;
