Article 1. In article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 16, 2016 ZR-32-N "About modification and amendments in the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia":
1) the second offer to state in the following edition: "Within two years from the moment of the introduction of this Law in force the unions of legal entities shall be reorganized into public organizations.";
To add 2) with the third and fourth offer of the following content: "For the purpose of state registration the deed of conveyance, and also decisions of members of the reorganized union of legal entities can not be represented. The unions of legal entities which are not reorganized at the scheduled time are subject to liquidation.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
