in Requirements to acquired (acquired) Fund of the Problem Credits joint-stock company to assets and rights to claim, approved by the specified order:

"Provisions of this Item do not extend to cases of the transactions on acquired assets and the rights of the requirements at legal entities which were earlier bank made by Fund till December 31, 2017 and also to cases of acquisition of rights by Fund of the rights of requirements and assets of bank (by concession) with simultaneous transfer of proportional debt of bank into Fund.".
