About modification and amendments some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on some measures for implementation of the state program "First house" No. 293/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 18-26, 95) to make the following changes and additions:
1. In Article 4:

Item е) to state in the following edition:
"e) the spouses/spouse shall / shall have in exclusive or joint with other family members, except the beneficiary, property of housing in living space more than 9 sq.m on each family member for 12 months preceding day of the request for mortgage loan, and also unpaid mortgage loan on purchase of housing. To the corresponding established conditions also person whose spouses/spouse have housing as property, exclusive or joint with other family members, irrespective of its area, in the village (commune), received as a result of inheritance or donation is considered;";
Item f) to state in the following edition:
"f) to the beneficiary or the spouse/spouse of that not to have housing acquired by means of the Program.";
