About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 15, 2016 No. 802 "About approval of Rules of establishment of quota for attraction of foreign labor power to the Republic of Kazakhstan and its distribution between regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, determination of lists of industries of economy within which internal transfer, and persons for who implementation of labor activity are not required permissions of local executive bodies to attraction of foreign labor power, and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2016, No. 63, to the Art. 416) is made:
