About entering of amendment into the Law on the inventory of real estate No. 1543/1998

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - The law on the inventory of real estate No. 1543/1998 (1998, Art. No. 44-46, 318), with subsequent changes and amendments, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Article 55-1 of the following content:

"Article 55-1. Features of error correction, the parcels of land allowed in the course of transfer into the ownership

(1) Mistakes in the proving documents published in the course of transfer into the ownership of the parcels of land in character are subdivided on:

a) errors of measurements - the mistakes made at stage of creation of the topographical plan for land management project development or the mistakes made by contractors of cadastral works in case of delimitation of the parcels of land, which entailed graphical imposing of cadastral plans or formation of free space between them and other discrepancies in plan configuration;

b) designing errors - the mistakes made at stage of works on land management project development (lack of accounting of the direction of ranks of long-term plantings or incorrect creation of the list with procedure for arrangement of owners of the projectible parcels of land);

c) identification errors - incorrect identification of real estate and the owner as a result of which the data relating to the owner in the project of land management and/or in the document certifying the rights of the owner of the parcel of land do not correspond to data in identity documents;

d) discrepancies - distinctions between cadastral documentation and requirements of the existing regulations (the cadastral plans constituted in conditional system of coordinates, lack of graphical representation of the project of land management electronically, etc.).
