About modification of the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, of 56, 58 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of regulation of activities of banks of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Item 2.2 of Chapter 2 of the Section V of the Instruction on procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 28, 2001 No. 368, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 26, 2001 for No. 841/6032 (with changes) to add with the new paragraph of such content:

"uncharged domestic government bonds with repayment deadline to six months.".

2. To department of methodology (Ivanenko N. V.) after official publication to inform banks information on adoption of this resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Head of the National Bank of Ukraine Rozhkova K. V.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
