About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of 29.11.2016 No. 1256
According to the Laws of Ukraine "About personal data protection", "About information", to Articles 25, 27 Laws of Ukraine "About National police", ORDER to the subitem 17 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 878, for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for access to data of personal and help accounting of unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine:
1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of November 29, 2016 No. 1256 "About the organization of access to data of personal and help accounting of unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 10, 2017 for No. 22/29890, the following changes:
1) in Item 2 of the word "Department of information technologies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Burzhinsky V. A.)" shall be replaced with words "Department of informatization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs";
2) in paragraph one of Item 3 of the word "Department of information technologies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (further - DIT) (Burzhinsky V. A.)" shall be replaced with words "Department of informatization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (further - DI)";
