1. Announce on March 24 in the annual afternoon of national celebration.
2. Recommend to Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic to consider and adopt the law on establishment on March 24 in the annual afternoon of national celebration.
3. Form organizing committee in structure according to appendix.
To organizing committee in ten-day time to develop package of measures for the organization and carrying out on March 24, 2006 day of national celebration and to submit for consideration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
