About modification and amendments in the Law on additional social protection of some categories of the population No. 121/2001

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on additional social protection of some categories of the population No. 121/2001 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 51, of the Art. 280), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1. Add preamble with words "-to citizens of the Republic of Moldova.".

2. In Article 2:

in Item 9) to replace figures "100" with figures "500";

Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective since September 1, 2018.

(2) to the Government in two-month time from the date of publication of this law in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to bring the regulations into accord with it.
