The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of confirmation of degree of privacy of data with which the companies, organizations and the organizations assume to carry out the works connected with use of the data which are the state secret.
2. The paragraph the tenth the subitem "an" of Item 5 of the Regulations on licensing of activities of the companies, organizations and organizations for work connected with use of the data which are the state secret, creation of means of information protection and also with implementation of actions and (or) rendering services in protection of the state secret, No. 333 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 15, 1995 "About licensing of activities of the companies, organizations and organizations for work connected with use of the data which are the state secret, creation of means of information protection and also with implementation of actions and (or) rendering services in protection of the state secret" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 17, Art. 1540; 2002, No. 41, Art. 3983; 2007, No. 6, Art. 760; 2010, No. 14, Art. 1665; No. 40, Art. 5076; 2012, No. 20, of the Art. 2545) to state in the following edition:
