According to Articles 24, 25 Laws of Ukraine "About securities and the stock market", to Item 7, to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED 7 parts two of Article:

1. Approve Changes in Regulations on order of registration of changes in stock exchange rules concerning implementation in the address on the stock exchange of derivatives approved by the decision of State commission on securities and to the stock market of August 4, 2009 No. 884, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2009 for No. 818/16834 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To department of methodology of regulation of professional participants of the security market () provide Kurochkin I.:

submission of this decision on implementation of examination on compliance of the Convention on human rights protection and fundamental freedoms in the Secretariat of the Government representative for cases of the European Court of Human Rights of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

3. To management of international cooperation and communications (Yushkevich A.) provide publication of this decision in the official printing publication of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
