For the purpose of accomplishment of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About measures for ensuring protection of the rights of members of investment funds and investment companies" of August 7, 1999 and for the purpose of ensuring protection of the rights of investors in the security market in Ukraine I ORDER to N968/99:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure of payments with participants in case of liquidation of investment funds or mutual funds of investment companies it (is applied).

2. To provide to development department of the stock market (A. Sachivko) provision of the Regulations on procedure of payments with participants in case of liquidation of investment funds or mutual funds of investment companies on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. In ten-day time from day of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of this order to provide to development department of the stock market (A. Sachivko) provision of the Provision noted in Item 1 of this order, in seal in "The state newsletter on privatization".

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Vice-chairman of Fund S. Ledomskaya.
