1. in the Rules of in-land navigation approved by the specified order:

add with Items 15-1, 15-2 of the following content:

"15-1. Implementation of navigation during the winter period within the water area free from ice cover is allowed in case of obstavleniya of this site by necessary navigation equipment and in case of accomplishment the requirement, the specified Rules.

15-2. Ferry transportations from the coast to the coast are performed regardless of establishment of the ship course by navigation signs, the period of movement of ferry boats is guided by climatic conditions of this area, and are performed during action of physical navigation (from the moment of cleaning of water cover of ice and prior to steady ice formation).";

"75. In case of limited visibility it is not allowed:

1) discrepancy and overtaking on ship to the course less than 200 meters wide to the vessel (pushed convoy) if visual visibility makes less than three lengths of the vessel (structure);

2) mooring to moorings, approach floors of locks, courts if visual visibility makes less than two lengths of the vessel;

3) movement of courts, in case of failure to meet requirements, specified by this Chapter.".
