About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union concerning the goods imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus for the purpose of preparation and holding the II European games of 2019

According to articles 43 and 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Items 16 and 18 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and Items 7 and 16 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" to add Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 with subitem 7.1.30 of the following content:

"7.1.30. Goods, except for excisable, imported into the period from January 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019 inclusive for the purpose of preparation and holding the II European games of 2019 in the Republic of Belarus, on condition of submission to customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus the confirmation of the purpose of imported goods issued by Directorate of the II European Games of 2019 fund and containing data on the nomenclature, quantity, cost of goods and on the organizations which perform import of such goods.".
