About features of carrying out sanitation of the companies of agro-industrial complex
In pursuance of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 23, 1998 of N215 "About Measures of Rather State Support of Agricultural Production", for the purpose of overcoming crisis of agro-industrial production and creation of conditions for its development the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. During 1998 - 2000 to perform sanitation of the companies of agro-industrial complex according to Regulations on procedure for the carrying out sanitation of the state companies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 8, 1994 N 6, taking into account the features determined by this resolution with simultaneous implementation of their restructuring.
2. Form the Interdepartmental commission on questions of carrying out sanitation with simultaneous implementation of restructuring of the companies of agro-industrial complex. Approve staff of the Commission and Regulations on it (are applied).
To Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations to create regional commissions concerning carrying out sanitation with simultaneous implementation of restructuring of the companies of agro-industrial complex.
3. Determine that:
coordination of carrying out sanitation of the state companies of agro-industrial complex and the companies with the mixed pattern of ownership which share of state-owned property in property exceeds 50 percent is performed by regional commissions concerning carrying out sanitation with simultaneous implementation of restructuring of the companies of agro-industrial complex;
