About modification of the Procedure of training of the population in actions in emergency situations

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure of training of the population in actions in emergency situations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 26, 2013 No. 444 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 50, the Art. 1788), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure of training of the population in actions in emergency situations

1. Exclude Item 11.

2. State Item 16 in the following edition:

"16. Persons, in case of acceptance for work, and workers annually on place of employment undergo instructing in questions of civil protection, fire safety and actions in emergency situations.

Officials prior to execution of the obligations and periodically (once in three years) undergo training and examination concerning fire safety.

Persons who are employed, connected with the raised fire risk shall undergo previously special training (fire and technical minimum). The workers occupied at works with the raised fire risk undergo examination of regulations on fire safety once a year.

Programs of briefings (introduction, primary, repeated, unplanned and target), training programs of officials concerning fire safety and the program of special training (fire and technical minimum) affirm heads of the companies, organizations and organizations.

The approval procedure of such programs, the organization and control of their accomplishment is determined by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.".

3. Item 17 in paragraph one to replace the word of "Ministry of Defence" with the word of Ministry of Internal Affairs.
