About modification of the Regulations on establishment of requirements to credit intermediaries of banks and their activities in the field of consumer crediting

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 5, of the 6th Section I of the Law of Ukraine "About consumer crediting", for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on establishment of requirements to credit intermediaries of banks and their activities in the field of consumer crediting approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 8, 2017 No. 50 (with changes), such changes:

1) in Item 8 of the Section II:

to exclude paragraph two of subitem 4;

to add the subitem 5 after paragraph one with the new paragraph of such content:

"The bank for the purpose of accomplishment of the requirement established by paragraph one of the subitem 5 of Item 8 of the Section II of this provision if prisoners between bank and certain credit intermediaries intermediary agreements contain identical amount of the tasks/powers transferred by bank, has the right to carry such credit intermediaries to one group, and also to place on own web page information on structure of the corresponding group of credit intermediaries and the list of tasks/powers which the bank transfers to these credit intermediaries;";
