The textured threads the polypropylene, classified by code 5402 34 000 0 CN FEA EEU intended for production of carpets and carpet products imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus into the period from January 1 to December 31, 2018 inclusive of no more than 4 thousand tons on condition of submission to customs authorities of confirmation of purpose of the imported goods issued by the Belarusian state concern on production and sales of goods of light industry and containing data on the name, quantity and cost of these goods, details of the external economic contracts based on which the goods, and data on the organizations performing delivery and commodity importation are imported".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2018
