1. Approve the enclosed Rules of arrangement of places (platforms) of accumulating of solid utility waste and maintaining their register.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2019.

3. Recommend to public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation to bring into accord with this resolution the regulatory legal acts of subjects of the Russian Federation regulating questions of arrangement of places (platforms) of accumulating of solid utility waste till January 1, 2020.

Rules of arrangement of places (platforms) of accumulating of solid utility waste and maintaining their register

I. General provisions

1. These rules determine procedure for creation of places (platforms) for accumulating of solid utility waste, rules of forming and maintaining the register of places (platforms) accumulating of solid utility waste, requirements to contents of the specified register.

2. Places (platform) of accumulating of solid utility waste shall conform to requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population and other legislation of the Russian Federation, and also to rules of improvement of municipalities.

2(1). For the purpose of assessment of condition of places (platforms) of accumulating of solid utility waste, and also the number of the exported solid utility waste can be used means photo and (or) video fixings, software and hardware.
