About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About troops of Police"

Article 1. In article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of November 17, 1997 ZR-163 "About troops of police" (further - the Law):

To add 1) with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. With participation in ensuring protection of public order the military personnel of troops of police shall wear uniform of the established form on which the distinctions allowing to identify personally the serviceman of troops of police are in a visible place attached.";

Article 2. In article 16 of the Law:

"1. "2.1. When making the choice of use of physical force, firearms and special means the serviceman of troops of police is guided, proceeding from the created situation, nature of offense and the identity of the offender.";

3) the first offer of part 2 to state in the following edition:

"2. The military personnel of troops of police shall have special training within which they study skills of negotiating and belief for the purpose of restriction of use of physical force, special means, firearms and military equipment, and also to periodically undergo testing determining capability to be effective in the situations causing the necessity of use of physical force, special means, firearms, military equipment.";
