About approval of changes which are made to some Orders of the Government

Based on parts (1) and (4) articles IV of the Law No. 148/2017 on modification and amendments in some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 277-288, 479) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

2. Women who perform military service under the contract and in day of entry into force of this resolution are on additional vacation on child care non-paid (aged from 3 up to 6 years), use this leave before the expiration of its term.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.

Changes which are made to some Orders of the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 78/1994 about procedure for calculation of length of service, appointment and pension payment and benefits to military personnel and persons of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies, to employees of the National center for fight against corruption and penal system (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1994, No. 2, of the Art. 50) to make the following changes:

Paragraph one to state 1) in Item 6 in the following edition:

"Pensions of the military personnel of conscription service, the military personnel serving under the contract, faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies, officers of protection and the staff of the state security agencies, the staff of the National center for fight against corruption and employees of penal system, and also members of their families are appointed by National cash desk of social insurance.";

e letter) to state in the following edition:

"e) checks activities for candidate screen for revenues to study in educational institutions of the sphere of military science, monitors training of the armed forces of specialists, necessary for completing, in professional schools";

a) gives help to bodies of local public authority and military administrative authorities in reception of citizens on military accounting, carrying out appeal on the urgent or reduced military or civil service, and also in arrival of reservists on military exercises and trainings, on military charges, promoting ensuring compliance by citizens with the Republic of Moldova with rules of military accounting;
