Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 30, 2004 No. 218-FZ "About credit stories" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 1, Art. 44; No. 30, Art. 3121; 2007, No. 31, Art. 4011; 2011, No. 15, Art. 2038; No. 29, Art. 4291; No. 49, Art. 7067; 2013, No. 30, Art. 4084; No. 51, Art. 6683; 2014, No. 26, Art. 3395; 2015, No. 1, Art. 29; No. 27, Art. 3945; 2016, No. 26, Art. 3880; No. 27, Art. 4164; 2017, No. 1, Art. 9) following changes:

1) in Article 3:

a) add Item 2 with words ", and also the bank account agreements providing implementation of payments from the account despite the lack of money (crediting of the account)";

b) in item 4 of the word "providing according to this Federal Law information in bureau of credit histories" shall be replaced with words "the liquidation commission (liquidator) in case of liquidation of the legal entity, providing according to this Federal Law information in bureau of credit histories, and also person which acquired the right to claim according to the obligations specified in this Federal Law including specialized financial society or the mortgage agent";

2) in Article 4:

a) to state Item 2 of part 2 in the following edition:

"2) passport details of the citizen of the Russian Federation (data of earlier issued passports of the citizen of the Russian Federation in the presence of data) or in case of its lack of other identity document in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (series, number, date of issue, the name and code of the body which issued the passport or other identity document), for the foreign citizen passport details of the citizen of foreign state, for these persons of other document proving his identity;";
