I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 29, Art. 399 with subsequent changes):

1)  article 3 Item "e" after words "ensuring its carrying out, being directly in areas of its carrying out" to add with the words "with direct participation in implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, ensuring implementation of the specified actions, being directly in areas and during their implementation", and after words "ensuring its carrying out, being directly in areas of its carrying out" - the words "with direct participation in implementation of measures for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, ensuring implementation of the specified actions, being directly in areas and during their implementation";
