About creation of the Belarusian state concern on oil and oil products
For the purpose of improvement of providing the national economy and the population of the republic by oil products, and according to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 14, 1994 N145 the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: increases in overall performance of the companies of oil-extracting and oil-processing industry
1. Create the Belarusian state concern on oil and oil products (Belnefteprodukt concern), having included in its structure of the company (consolidation) and the organization * the former Committee on oil and chemistry under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

2. Determine Belnefteprodukt concern the lessor in relation to the rent companies - specialized repair and construction department of N3 (Novopolotsk) and N10 (Mazyr) with which lease agreements are signed by the former Committee on oil and chemistry under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
3. Determine that management (in the limits set by the current legislation) the companies of Belnefteprodukt concern which are in republican property regarding approval of their charters, hiring of heads, control of efficiency of use and safety of state-owned property, decision making about reorganization and liquidation of the specified companies, and also about creation of such companies is performed by this concern, and regarding determination of the size of the net profit transferred to the possession of members of labor collectives - concern in coordination with the Ministry for State Property Management and privatizations.
Alienation by the specified companies of the capital processing equipment, and also creation of affiliated enterprises by them is made with the consent of concern.
4. In two-month time to provide to Belnefteprdukt concern project development of the charter of concern and the solution of other questions connected with its creation.
