- The office of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic (under approval) concerning persons holding political state positions which purpose and release is performed by Toraga of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Chief of staff of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- committees of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic (under approval) concerning deputies of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- Judicial council of the Kyrgyz Republic (under approval) concerning judges of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- The Prosecutor General's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic (under approval) concerning the staff of bodies of prosecutor's office;
