About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of ordering of rules of recognition and movement of diplomatic mail
For the purpose of ordering of rules of registration and movement of official mail of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Kyrgyz Republic abroad, the central Foreign Ministries, diplomatic representations and consular establishments of foreign states, and also representative offices of the international organizations performing the activities in the Kyrgyz Republic according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of registration and movement in the Kyrgyz Republic and abroad the official mail constituting diplomatic mail" of May 8, 2001 No. 212 the following changes:
in the Rules of registration and movement in the Kyrgyz Republic and abroad the official mail constituting diplomatic mail approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 3 with paragraphs the second or twelfth the following content:
"Recognition of official mail of diplomatic representations and consular establishments of foreign states, and also representative offices of the international organizations performing the activities in the Kyrgyz Republic (further - foreign missions), and the relevant organizations in total weight over 20 kilograms is made by diplomatic mail based on the conclusion of the subordinated organization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic providing activities of bodies of diplomatic service of the Kyrgyz Republic and (or) performing field service of foreign missions (further - the subordinated organization).
