For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 18, 2009 No. 767 the following change:
- to state the scheme of management of the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-named resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
2. To the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution and to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of finance and credit policy of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
