a) add part 1 with Item 5 of the following content:

"5) departure of the foreign citizen from the place of stay, except as specified, provided by Items 1 - the 4th this part.";

b) add part 2 with Item 5 of the following content:

"5) on the basis, stipulated in Item 5 parts of 1 this Article, - after receipt of the notification on departure of the foreign citizen from the place of stay.";

c) add with parts 2.2 and 2.3 of the following content:

"2.2. The notification on departure of the foreign citizen from the place of stay is submitted the host party in relevant organ of migration registration directly or through the multipurpose center or goes in accordance with the established procedure the mailing.
