About modification of the Order of the Government No. 977/2016 about approval of the Standard provision on operation of water storage basins/ponds

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 977/2016 about approval of the Standard provision on operation of water storage basins/ponds (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 265-276, 1060) to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

a) add the text with Items 6-1 and 6-2 of the following content:

"6-1. To the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment within a month to provide to the Government for approval the Action plan on implementation of this resolution.

6-2. To provide to the users of water storage basins/ponds having own regulations on operation of water storage basins/ponds their change according to this resolution till December 31, 2018";

b) in Item 7 of the word "Ministry of the Environment" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment";

2) in the Standard provision:

a) add Chapter I with Item 7-1 of the following content:

"7-1. In the context of this provision the following concepts are applied:

the measuring graduated lath - lath with an accuracy of 1 cm on which the normal retaining level, level to which the water intake for irrigation is allowed (the maximum level of emergency ration of water for fish breeding) is specified, and the level of dead amount, established on wet slope or on mine spillway;

normal retaining level - water level in reservoir which corresponds to threshold of flood spillway and is established in technical card;

level of dead amount - water amount, inadmissible for intake of water and intended for maintenance of biological diversity in the water circle;

flood spillway - the hydraulic engineering construction providing water dumping in the automatic mode in case when the water mark in reservoir exceeds mark of normal retaining level in reservoir;

emergency ration of water for fish breeding - the water amount accumulated to the minimum level of water, admissible for irrigation;
