About measures for providing the national economy of the republic with oil products
Due to increase in prices for the oil delivered to the republic by oil-extracting associations of the Russian Federation, need of stabilization of production financial position of the oil processing companies of Belarus and for the purpose of providing the national economy with oil products the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. To the oil processing companies to enable the realization in the II quarter 1992 of the issued oil products at the prices established by these companies proceeding from oil price delivered on quotas because of republic limits, but it is not higher than 1800-2200 rubles for ton (without the value added tax), and also of production costs of oil products and profitability on fuel oil in the amount of 5 percent, - it is not higher than 20 percent on other oil products to cost.
2. To the Nefteproduktoobespechivayushchy organizations to realize in the II quarter 1992 to consumers (except the population) oil products at the prices established by the specified organizations proceeding from the prices of oil products determined according to the procedure, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, and also costs connected with their realization and profitability at the rate to 20 percent concerning these costs.
3. To the state committee on providing with oil products to realize in the II quarter 1992 to consumers (except the population) the oil products which are purchased outside the republic at the fixed state prices exceeding their level in the Republic of Belarus at the acquisition prices taking into account the allowances to wholesale prices for oil products applied in the republic.
