About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on financial responsibility of the military personnel No. 1477/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 190-197, 1437), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In Article 2 concepts "military units", "commanders (chiefs)" and "monthly cash allowance" to exclude.
2. Changes in Article 4, parts (1) and (3) Article 8 and part (1) Article 12 concern only the text in state language.
Art. II. - In the Disciplinary army regulations approved by the Law No. 52/2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 78-81, 356), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In part (2) Articles 2, parts (2) Article 31 and part (Article 32 of the word of "military schools" shall be replaced with words 5) "educational institutions of the sphere of military science", and in part (4) Article 41 of the word of "military school", shall be replaced with words "educational institution of the sphere of military science,".
2. Part (2) articles 4 after words "army regulations", to add with words "The code of professional behavior of contract servicemen approved by the head of military structure".
3. To add article 15 after the words "commander of National army" with words ", the top military commander of carabineers".
4. Add Article 19 with Item k) the following content:
"k) rewarding with departmental awards of military structure.".
5. Add Article 23 with Item k) the following content:
"k) award with departmental awards of military structure according to the procedure, established by the head of military structure.".
6. Add Article 24 with Item f) the following content:
"f) rewarding with departmental awards of military structure.".
7. Add Article 26 with Item f) the following content:
"f) award with departmental awards of military structure.".
8. Add Article 27 with Item g) the following content:
