2. Declare invalid the order of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of July 26, 2002 No. 226-r "About approval of the Regulations on sale of single property complexes of the state companies which on classification of subjects to privatization are carried to groups B, G", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 25, 2002 for No. 784/7072 (with changes).

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
