1. Recognize invalid:

the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine, State commission on securities and the stock market, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of November 16, 1998 No. 2141/297/9 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for sale in the course of privatization on the stock exchanges of blocks of shares of joint-stock companies", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 17, 1998 for No. 798/3238 (with changes);

the decision of State commission on securities and to the stock market of August 1, 2002 No. 222 "About approval of the Regulations on sale of single property complexes of the state companies which on classification of subjects to privatization are carried to groups B, G", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 25, 2002 for No. 784/7072 (with changes).

2. And corporate finances (Khokhlov N.) to provide to corporate management department the direction of this decision to Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the member of the National commission on securities and the stock market Libanov N.
