According to the Law of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities" to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 18, 2014 No. 217 "About approval of the Procedure for distribution of the means arriving on current accounts with the special mode of use for carrying out settlings with the supplier of natural gas to whom special obligations" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities are assigned DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of October 6, 2016 No. 1790 "About establishment of forms of provision of information provided by Procedure for distribution of the means arriving on current accounts with the special mode of use for carrying out settlings with the supplier of natural gas to whom special obligations, and recognition No. 212 which voided resolutions of NKREKP of October 30, 2014" the following changes are assigned:

The subitem 6 of Item 1 to exclude 1);

Appendices 2, 3 and 5 to the resolution to be reworded as follows 2) which are applied;

Appendix 6 to the resolution to exclude 3).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day in the official printing publication - the Pravitelstvenny Kuryer newspaper.
