About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2018"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2018" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2018, Art. No. 3-4, 26) the following changes:

Item 17 of Article 14 to state 1) in the following edition:

"17) the state support of the coal-mining companies on partial covering of expenses at cost finished commodity coal goods (at the expense of the sources determined by Items 8, of the 9 and 11 article 11 of this Law)";

Article 28 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Article 28. Grant the right to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by results of receipt condition in special fund of the government budget of the confiscated means and means received from realization of the property seized by a court decision for making corruption and connected with corruption of offense (except for the confiscated domestic government bonds which all amount at par value treats on reduction of public debt with simultaneous repayment of obligations on these bonds), to perform funds redistribution between the directions of their use determined by article 14 of this Law, and the appropriate budget programs in coordination with Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the budget";

The name of the budget program for code of program classification of expenses and crediting of the government budget 1101570 "Support of implementation of the market of electrical energy" to state 3) in appendix No. 3 in the following edition: "The state support of the coal-mining companies on partial covering of expenses at cost finished commodity coal goods".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
