About price regulation on oil and oil products
For the purpose of ensuring deliveries of products between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation on equivalent basis, transition to calculations between them at the world prices, operational price regulation on the oil products realized in the domestic market of the republic, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. In change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 2, 1993 N198 "About Provision to Gosekonomplan of the Right to Establishment in 1993 of Limits of the Prices and Rates" (the joint venture of the Republic of Belarus, 1993, N 10, the Art. 168) regarding oil products (gasoline, diesel fuel, fuel oil, lighting kerosene, oven household fuel) to provide to Committee on oil and chemistry under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus the right to approval of regulated wholesale and retail prices to them.
2. For calculation of prices of oil products to establish the following coefficients of the change in price for the oil arriving on clearing basis proceeding from the cost of one its ton of 45 thousand rubles as of August 1, 1993:
from August 1 to August 31 - 1,2;
from September 1 to September 30 - 1,5;
from October 1 to October 31 - 1,7;
from November 1 to November 30 - 1,9;
from December 1 to December 31 - 2,1.
3. Supply of gasoline, diesel fuel, fuel oil, lighting kerosene and oven household fuel to the companies of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities, the Department of Energy, kolkhozes, sovkhozes, peasant farms, other production agricultural enterprises, the population is performed at monthly regulated prices taking into account the coefficients of the change in price for oil specified in Item 2 of this resolution. Fuel oil is delivered to the companies of the Department of Energy of 50 percent of their requirement.
