For the purpose of providing safe service conditions of the bulk distribution lines transporting oil, natural gas, oil products, oil and passing gases and accident prevention on these Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: pipelines
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of protection of bulk distribution lines.
2. To the ministries, other republican state bodies, regional executive committees, the Minsk Gorispolkom to take measures for accomplishment of Rules of protection of bulk distribution lines by the legal entities and physical persons performing works around passing of bulk distribution lines.
3. To committee on supervision of safe operation in the industry and nuclear power under the Ministry of Emergency Situations to develop and approve the Instruction for works in conservation zones of bulk distribution lines.
4. Enact this resolution from the date of its publication.
