About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About social guarantees of persons holding the state positions"

Article 1. Regarding 3rd article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of February 4, 2014 ZR-1-N "About social guarantees of persons holding the state positions":

1) from the first offer of the word "till July 1, 2017" to exclude;

Item 2 to add 2) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"In the presence of professional working life at least 20 calendar years as of July 1, 2017 pension is granted also persons, specified in Items 1 and 2 of this part which were appointed to position of the prosecutor or employee of Special investigative service till June 1, 2017 - after substitution of position of the employee of the Investigative Committee according to part 3 of article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
