About enhancement of procedure for import and oil refining, realization of oil products in the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of stimulation of import to the republic of oil and oil products by business entities of all patterns of ownership and further development of the market relations in the field of oil product supply the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Cancel export licensing of oil and oil products if it does not contradict international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, the subjects of managing performing their import to the republic in case of sales term of part of these of oil and oil products in its territory.
To provide to the State Customs Committee together with the interested ministries and departments systematic accounting of import, export of oil and oil products, monthly to inform Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus with introduction of necessary offers on its results.
2. To provide to executive committees of local councils of People's Deputies provision in accordance with the established procedure of the parcels of land for construction of gas stations, and also determination of places of realization of oil products taking into account the legislation on investing activities, ecological, health and fire-proof requirements.
3. To state bodies, executive committees of local councils of People's Deputies not to allow contradicting the legislation:
withdrawals of oil and oil products at subjects of managing irrespective of patterns of ownership;
interventions in contractual relations of suppliers and consumers of oil and oil products.
Persons guilty of violation of the specified requirements, bear responsibility according to the current legislation.
