About modification of the Regulations on maintaining the register of the single suppliers Russian arms and military equipment

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Regulations on maintaining the register of the single suppliers Russian arms and military equipment, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 19, 2013 No. 826 "About approval of the Regulations on maintaining the register of the single suppliers Russian arms and military equipment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 39, by the station 4981).

Changes which are made to Regulations on maintaining the register of the single suppliers Russian arms and military equipment

1. In Item 8:

a) state the subitem "v" in the following edition:

"c) the conclusion of federal executive body or the State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" or State corporation on space activities Roskosmos providing realization of single state policy in industry of economy in which performs activities the organization (further - industry body), about availability at the organization of the production capacities, processing equipment and qualified personnel sufficient for production of the declared military products and also about absence at other organizations of industry of opportunity to prepare during certain term production of military products with indication of such term;";

b) add with the subitem "d" of the following content:

"e) the statement of the organization for readiness for accomplishment of mobilization tasks, and also data on the signed agreements (contracts) for accomplishment of the specified tasks by it.".
