Article 1. ZR-85-N "About rescue forces and the status of the rescuer" to add part 3 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 25, 2004 with new offers of the following content: "In case of departure to the place of emergency situation according to the request of authorized body the rescuer-volunteer is exempted from execution of labor obligations for execution of the state or public duties. In case of departure to the place of emergency situation for up to 15 working days within calendar year to the rescuer-volunteer compensates the state according to the procedure and the size established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
