According to article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity", the Presidential decree of Ukraine of January 27, 2003 N47 "About Measures concerning Enhancement of Public Administration in the field of Fire Safety, Protection of the Population and the Territories from Effects of Emergency Situations" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 14, 2000 N1698 "About Approval of the List of Bodies of Licensing"
WE ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for control of observance by licensees of licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on designing, installation, maintenance of means of fire protection and systems of heating, assessment of fire-proof condition of objects and carrying out testing for fire risk of substances, materials, building constructions, products and the equipment, and also the fire fighting equipment, fire and technical arms, products of fire-proof appointment to compliance to the established requirements it (is applied).
2. Confer powers to territorial authorities of the state supervision in the field of civil protection of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol to perform checks of observance by licensees of licensed conditions, by results of checks to issue the order about elimination of violations of licensed conditions and to accept at licensees of the data on change of the data specified in documents which were enclosed to the application for licensing.
3. To inspection department and authorization system Gospredprinimatelstva of Ukraine (Apatenko O. P.), Gospozhbezopasnosti of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine (Chris I. Ya.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of the Procedure for control of observance by licensees of licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on designing, installation, maintenance of means of fire protection and systems of heating, assessment of fire-proof condition of objects and carrying out testing for fire risk of substances, materials, building constructions, products and the equipment, and also the fire fighting equipment, fire and technical arms, products of fire-proof appointment to compliance to the established requirements of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. Gospozhbezopasnosti of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine (Chris I. Ya.) provide the publication of the Procedure for control of observance by licensees of licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on designing, installation, maintenance of means of fire protection and systems of heating, assessment of fire-proof condition of objects and carrying out testing for fire risk of substances, materials, building constructions, products and the equipment, and also the fire fighting equipment, fire and technical arms, products of fire-proof appointment to compliance to the established requirements in mass media.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship Tretyakov S. I. and the deputy minister of Ukraine concerning extraordinary Gospozhbezopasnosti Borisov's situatsiynachalnik of Item F.
