About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About state registration of the rights to property"

Article 1. In article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of April 14, 1999 ZR-295 "About state registration of the rights to property" (further - the Law):

1) regarding 4 words "the requirements established by the second offer of part the 2 and first offer of part 3 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the public managerial institutions" shall be replaced with words "the requirements established by parts 3 and 9 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About settlement of managerial legal relationship";

2) in part 6 of the word "authorized republican state body" will be shall be replaced with words by "the state body specified in this Law".

Article 2. In article 2 of the Law of the word of "authorized state bodies" shall be replaced with words "the state body specified in this Law".

Article 3. In article 11 of the Law:

Words to "control chamber" shall be replaced with words 1) to "auditor chamber", and words "to the permanent bodies created by the laws of the Republic of Armenia" - words to "autonomous bodies and independent state bodies";

2) part 6 after words "to the office of the President," to add with words to "the office of the Prime Minister".

Article 4. In article 19 of the Law:

1) regarding 1 word "the republican state body keeping the Single State Immovable Property Cadastre authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words "Committee of the inventory of the real estate";

2) part 2 to recognize invalid.
